A quat sanitiser formulated to provide excellent bactericidal properties, designed for food preparation areas, Will not contaminate food areas when diluted as instructed. Contains no fragrance.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

General Sanitising and Utensil Soaking: Dilute between 1:20 to 1:40 with ambient water, and apply to the surface. All product contact surfaces should be rinsed thoroughly with potable water before processing. Replace solution whenever it becomes soiled. RINSE FREE SANITISING:- (max 200ppm quat): Dilute 1:50 with potable water and then apply to surface and allow to drain and dry. Solution older than 24hrs should have active strength verified using quat test papers. If solution strength is low, it should be dumped and replenished.
